The Iota Zeta Chapter sponsors three youth groups: Pearlettes are girls ages 4 to 8, Amicettes are girls ages 9 to 13 and Archonettes are girls ages 14 to 18.

Our youth groups are open to girls in these age ranges that are willing to strive toward the ideals of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., service the community and work as part of a group. The youth have monthly meetings and workshops where they learn the importance of an education & how to improve their study habits, etiquette, social & communication skills, teamwork and many other valuable lessons.

Our youth also participate in our Annual Youth Stepdown, Black College Tours and they have the opportunity to apply for our scholarships and book awards.
